central location, lovely garden, spotless facilities
Hot water tank malfunctioning often leads to cold showers!!! The 15-minute walk to town is far from pleasant with disruptive building work nearby!!! Slightly lacking in privacy during shared bathroom usage!!!

Elena went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, providing delicious dairy-free breakfast options.
The only downside was the noise from the main road, which could be disruptive at times.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and came equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. The beautiful gardens at the rear offered a relaxing retreat and made it a great spot for unwinding.
The location is a bit of a trek, with at least a 15-17 minute walk to the bus station, which isn't ideal when you're lugging around bags. there was noise from the nearby main road and some distracting building works happening across from the guesthouse, which disrupted the tranquil vibe I was hoping for.

had a great week at franklyn guesthouse. jelena was super nice and made us feel really welcome. her breakfasts were yummy and we loved chilling in the beautiful garden. the location was perfect, just a short walk to st helier's main town where there were tons of shops and restaurants. we totally enjoyed exploring beautiful beaches and the bus system was easy to use to get around the island.
the only downside was that the main road outside could get a bit noisy sometimes. also, a bit more privacy in the bathroom would have been nice.

We spent three amazing nights here! Breakfast was always delicious and freshly cooked. Jelena's attention to detail made us feel so welcomed. If only the bathroom had a bit more privacy.

Jelena was an incredible host, always ensuring we felt at home during our 7-night stay. The breakfasts were phenomenal, with a wide selection that catered to our dietary needs. Our double room was spotless and equipped with tea and coffee facilities—what more could one wish for? Plus, lounging in the beautiful garden was a delight!
Busy road noise.

Immaculate rooms and a lovely garden created a perfect retreat during our stay. Breakfast options were plentiful, including fresh porridge and dairy-free choices, ensuring everyone was catered for. the distance from the main road occasionally disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, and sharing facilities lacked a bit of privacy. The guesthouse’s charm and Elena’s attentiveness certainly made for a memorable experience, but the noise levels could be improved.

Fantastic host and delicious breakfasts!
We recently spent five nights, and I have to say, Jelena made our stay remarkable. Her warmth and attentiveness were unparalleled, and breakfast was a highlight every morning with a wide selection, including a hearty full English. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with soap and shampoos. One downside was the distant noise from the main road which occasionally disrupted our peace.
